It has also imported its own MATV equipments and cables to improve its competitiveness. Chin Seng has the ability to manufacture special RF equipments to cater for special requirements for different customers like HDB and local customers through its alliance company. It carries products like RF Amplifier, Splitters, TV/ FM Isolators, and Filters. 

In April 1994, it became one of the main contractors under Singapore Cable Vision Pte Ltd (SCV) for the construction of vertical pipe and installation of trucking to HDB dwelling units. Since then, SCV had been assigning contracts to Chin Seng for the construction of vertical pipes in HDB dwelling units. After three years of construction programme, SCV has installed cable network to almost 80% of HDB dwelling units in early 1998.
