Conscious Bodywork

David Lee, a certified structural integration practitioner Conscious Bodywork, is dedicated to the original teachings of Dr Ida P Rolf, whose work is commonly known as Rolfing. This practice benefits people who are suffering pain from lower back, neck, shoulder stiffness, head, migraines, arm, hand, hip/pelvic, leg/knee/ankle/foot. Treatment will result in improved posture, deeper breath, better sense of well-being, better physical fitness/strength, athletic efficiency/performance, better coordination and reflexes.
